Scott grew up in upstate New York in a creative family. His mother was a photographer and watercolor painter and his father was a salesman and a bass player in a jazz band. Scott first interest in photography began in high school and he gained years of experience while stationed with the US ARMY in Germany. After finishing his time of service he enrolled and graduated from the School of Visual Arts in New York City with a bachelors of science in Photography and Fine Arts. After graduating from college he lived in Colorado and then settled in Portland Oregon where he met his wife Anna. They have lived with their family for the last 20 years in Oregon City, just outside of Portland, Oregon. Scott has 34 years of photography experience in diverse settings and occasions. He has enjoyed photographing weddings, events of all types portraits and nature.
